No it hasn't. I cancelled my membership so that's the end of my dealings. They lost a customer.

When u cancel your item(s) before they are shipped they are suppose to Not charge u. Today I called for my same day shipping and I still hadn't gotten a shipped notification for the item by 3:30pm and so this was mu last straw with them.

I called to cancel the order AND my account and the girl says OK. I get 2 notifications 1 that they cancelled the account and the second they shipped the package. Literally right after I got off the phone. Despite me asking to cancel it.

Not ONLY that the package I was suppose to get same day shipping is now set to come for tomorrow. So they pressed ship right away to get the last few dollars out of me and set it to be delivered for a day I won't be available and won't be all week now. Talking 2 "supervisor" said there was nothing he could do and I told him angrily 3 times the policy wasn't shipped and according to their policy u can cancel it, also the package is guaranteed for 1 day shipping since it said it was processed and yet they now have it set for the next day. Absolutely scammers.

And thieves. Never again. Costco is cheaper for the things I need anyways without having to wait all day 8 am-10pm or worse for 2 or 3 days 8 am-10pm for your parcels that are guaranteed but never come on time. Also the "supervisor" sends me an email the package will be returned to them.

Then they have to Inspect it and only THEN Give me a refund. So it could get damaged in the truck, me not even seeing the package and then once processed could take 5-7 (3-5 for bank and around an extra 2 for them to process it themselves) business days to get the money back. WHY WOULD A LEGITIMATE COMPANY TAKE THE MONEY IF I ASKED TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT?! Oh right.

They did that to get a few measly bucks. Jokes on then if they send a driver out 1-3 days they waste their delivery guys gas coming to a apartment that is going to get sent back.

Called the same day I received the wrong order. Contacted seller and Amazon.

Took one week for them to get back to me with shipping address to send item to. Sent got tracking number and had them sign for it. On one of my calls I was told this was a third party seller but when the wrong item showed it was covered in Amazon logo? Called in multiple times nice people on the phone but at a month now and still no refund - bit frustrated.

Including item cost shipping/tax for almost $300 Got told today to wait another 48hours. Bet I'm calling them in 48 hours! Amazon only contacted me once during this month. Find out today that seller is claiming the sheets got lost in mail delivery.

Thinking this happens a lot. As seller has my money and the sheets now. Good deal for sellers. A to Z quarentee not so much for the buyer.

Sellers name Quebec2019 however I shipped to Saskatchewan? Interesting.

Over a month! Will always go to Winners and Home Sense now!

I ordered a slipper clutch for a jado 3.3 couldn't find one anywhere except for Amazon which I don't like ordering from to begin with because they have separate sites for Canada and the US which doesn't make any sense and then I noticed that there are 9.2,000 people who have complaint about pretty much the same thing I am orders not delivered 2 hours I spend on the phone with customer service not getting any response or any answers to why I didn't receive my package and now I'm probably going to lose my spot on the proline race team because my car won't be ready in time and as far as I'm concerned when I call Amazon and ask to speak to a supervisor or somebody that can help me resolve this issue I get hung up on these are not people you should deal with do not order anything from Amazon they're overpriced and overpaid I've never dealt with more disrespectful company than I have when it comes to amazon.ca and Amazon.com as far as I'm concerned they shouldn't be allowed to sell anything here in Canada because they don't deliver the way they should which is people should have to sign for their packages you don't leave packages and people front of people's doors so they can be stolen and then don't knock on the door and run away because some people don't hear the door considering I live in a seniors building and the assistant superintendent so I have access to the cameras and can prove that they did not come here today wherever they went or they didn't go somebody named ria signed for it but nobody buy that name in this building again do not purchase from Amazon and it *** consumer can help me in this in any way I'd be grateful

Order states that it was delivered and signed for by somebody named ria well I'm the assistant super in this building and it doesn't make any sense that when I check the camera and there's nobody in the building by that name and nobody signed anything by any parcel company or any delivery company here today as I watched the lobby camera and I watched the camera on my floor one person was delivered first thing in the morning after that I received nothing else When I contact Amazon Amazon is nothing but disrespectful and rude laughing about the fact that they think that this is laughable that I'm upset that a package didn't get delivered but then I see 9.2,000 complaints about Amazon Canada this is cost me my place on proline race team because my car is not going to be ready to race these are RC cars and they're worth thousands of dollars my problem being is that they won't replace the order they said that they give me my money back but wouldn't replace the order as in wouldn't replace the order because they say it was delivered but yet it wasn't delivered to me so again it's lie after lie and when you tell them that you know that they're lying they hang up on you I've gotten no out of 2 hours 2 and 1/2 hours on the phone with them trying to get something done nothing gets done I'm going to file a $10,000 lawsuit against Amazon today and as far as I'm concerned I hope that you guys do your job and go after them and find out why Canada doesn't have the same rights as the Americans do with Amazon if Amazon can't give us the same rights in Canada as they have in the states well then they shouldn't be allowed to sell their property here because they're delivering parcels that are not being delivered if it had been delivered why haven't I received it why have I seen it

The order said 'shipped', then 'late', then 'maybe lost'. I did not realize the order had never shipped in the first place, leading me to go this route.

My money was refunded, but I was needing these to complete a job. This was a huge inconvenience.

I am an Amazon customer for the past 15 years at least. I live in the United States and I have no problems with the US Amazon service or the UK.Amazon Service.

However, Amazon Canada is a disappointing story. It has poor products and ever poorer customer service. Recently, I bought a rollatorwheel chair. Before ordering I called customer service to check if it was returnable/refundable.

They confirmed to me that it was. I am 72 years old. I tried lifting the chair but it is very heavy. It does not match the appealing description on the Amazon Canada website .

I called Customer service for a return slip and was passed on to a lady who said it could not be returned. I told her I had called customer service Canada on June 11 and June 12 before ordering the $400 dollar walker and they had confirmed it was returnable. She could check my call recordings. She said no and hung up on me.

I called again but received the same answer again. The lady insisted it was not returnable I informed her that I had specifically called the customer service Canada before ordering the rollator walker to ensure that it was returnable as it was $400 which is a considerable sum. The lady confirmed the rollator walker was definitely returnable and indicated that it was stated on the website as well. This customer service representative told me well click the statement and you will see it is not returnable.

I asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me there is no

supervisor. When I insisted another

lady came on line and said it was not returnable. Do what you like.

No information was given on who I could talk to, to resolve my problem.. I asked for an email I could write at. She said she would send it but it never came. I

At 72 years old I find that disappointing and unacceptable.

I want a reimbursement. Surely there is a supervisory panel who can review and refund. I have opened the box but not the rollator walker. I am afraid that there must be some problem with the chair that an Amazon purchase cannot be returned and refunded.

Even a walker shop has a 30 day return policy if not used. Can someone in Amazon Canada Management please help ?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It wasnt them, the seller was nice enough to refund me through amazon.

I have set enough complaints to thy point they dont care. All they have outsourced people that has lack of empathy and customer service.

Ongoing issue with refund. Sent the product on April 22nd, and they received it on April 23rd.

The message indicating it's stuck at the processing team, and now it's May 13th. When calling in, you get those outsourced careless representatives who read a script either hangs up on you or refused to transfer to a manager on duty. The CEO of Amazon has been contacted today and what's weird I've been a prime member for many years, and it was never like that.

They're absolutely disgusting. That's what you get outsourcing to people who don't know empathy and the language of customer service

Bought this item July 2023 with 2 year warranty. Monitor stopped working.

Called Amazon few days back, got message that send email to the supplier. Sent email and reminder email but no reply from the supplier. Called Amazon again today and got the message that we cant do anything. I bought it from Amazon and not from the supplier.

Already paid $900 to install this. Really like to talk someone who can help.

To whom it may concern,

On the evening of July 4, 2024, between 2030 and 2045 hrs, an Amazon driver chose to park in a no-parking zone, blocking a driveway for 69 condo units. This location is a busy bus route and on the edge of a playground zone. After speaking politely to the driver at 2030 hrs and asking him to respect the parking laws, he chose to do nothing and stay where he was. This creates a dangerous situation where loss, injury or worse will be the responsibility of Amazon. I have pictures of the vehicle in question parked on the wrong side of the no-parking sign.

Thank you for your time. I would appreciate being kept up to date on the status of this issue.

The item I ordered, which is a Brita filtered pitcher, arrived with a crack and is no longer usable because of the way it was packaged. It was only covered with paper. I am requesting a refund or replacement without returning the item, as it is very inconvenient on my part.

I have 2 pictures of the Amazon truck. This is an elderly complex with many elders who have mobility problems, but still drive.

There is no class or respect from this driver. On that note, if it happens again, he will be blocked in by a resident who has the special pass to park in the spot.

Before you claimed that certain policies are in place to protect customer funds, it seems that there may be instances of abuse where power is used to harass and mislead customers. If sellers are found to be sending fake or used items instead of new ones, or providing misleading descriptions to confuse customers, it is crucial for Amazon to address these issues decisively.

Such actions undermine Amazon's reputation and customer trust. I have documented my experience, including conversations with your customer service team, to highlight these concerns and demonstrate the need for improvement in how such matters are handled.

Amazon appears to have started sending fraudulent items to customers and abusing its power by retaining money even after items have been returned. This seems to be a hidden way of robbing customers, which undermines trust in the platform.

It's crucial for Amazon to address these issues transparently and ensure that customers are not unfairly treated.

I missed out on purchasing an item with a $63 discount that was available for only 3 hours because I did not receive my refund in time. As a result, I lost both the opportunity to save money and the money I had originally spent.
