Amazon Canada. I have had one *** of a time with Amazon Canada.
You go to get a refund and they do this *** about some suspicious activity on your account. The last 3 times, with this last call I made today, Friday, November 14, 2025. The person hung up on me; I was not yelling or using curse words at her.
All I wanted was all my refund back to the bank debit card. I only received an amount of $9.00, and the rest of the refund was put onto a gift card after I was told it would all go back to my debit MasterCard.

I received a set of Beats Flex today, Fri Nov 7, 2025. And the earbuds are not working; power won't come on.
I called Apple, and they said that there was a problem with it and to return to Amazon Canada. So I called Amazon to get a refund, and for the second time within 2 months, I get the same thing from them. They want a copy of my ID and have someone from Amazon call me back about the refund. They think there is fraud on my account, and it is only myself.
Just trying to get a refund. Amazon, their damn *** one goes through 2 people to have that done, to then flaming planks.
Oh yeah, one more thing: 3 days ago, I bought the first Beats that did not work; the right earbud did not work. I got a refund with an apology, but when I called, a different experience happened.

Two.days ago I get my order and In the order.i for.the wrong thing and anyway part.was missing .
And when I got in contact with customer service they would not.give me any option but one to print a lable.off I dont have a computer nor a printer so the next thing I am getting is suspicious activity on my.account and then it said keep shopping. And I tried the second time that might got the same thing and them was asked for my id to prove who I was and siad no I wont do that and for.the second time they terminated the chat twice.they did that to me.all I wanted was.my refund and another was to send the order.back amazon has help find another whay to send a.order.back to them and keeped saying that the computer was not giving another choice *** .

I purchased spare parts for my car. The written description was one thing and the parts that arrived were something else.
I contacted the seller and he asked me to return them at my own expense. The parts are heavy and I found myself paying for the parts again just to get my money back.

Amazon Canada is taking on listings from "less than desirable" businesses originating in China. I ordered a Winter topper for my A.C.
Compressor, which was pictured on Amazon as a flexible, heavy duty, cover. What I received was a flimsy piece of fabric, with holes throughout and totally unsuitable for Winter weather. This company refuses to accept the cost of return.
I am now expected to fork out the cost of return postage for something I did not order ! OUTRAGEOUS.

Ordered from Amazon and there were 9 items in stock. The day came when it was supposed to be delivered, but it was marked as not shipped.
So, I called and they said it was out of stock. (Now it says 6 in stock on the website.) The order is marked as delayed and will ship soon. It won't let me cancel when I hit the button, so I called back and they confirmed it's been cancelled, but it has now put a hold on my $257 in my bank. The order says delayed; you won't be charged unless it ships.
So, I called back and they said I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to go back. It has now been a week and no order and no money in my account, so they basically took my money, sent me nothing, and are giving me the runaround.
They won't send my money back. I will never spend another penny on Amazon.

Need to see why order was reversed when I had money in my bank
I had a 6-month payment plan on Klarna with the right amount of funds. You guys reversed my payment method and sent an unscientific amount of funds, but it was taken out of my bank.
I am still getting charged by Klarna. The order went through and I need to solve this problem.

I ordered 6 bottles of LeanDrops to the tune with shipping in Canadian dollars to approx $530. Stupid, right?
It took 18 days to arrive. Their guarantee was 60 days, so that left 42 days to trial it, except I would need another 18 days to return it to get a refund if it didnt work. I used the product as instructed with absolutely no results in weight lossnot even half a pound after a month. I sent an email to the support line with a response it would be forwarded and someone would get in touch.
Never happened. I sent another 2 email requesting a refund. I kept using the productnothing. I finally called the line linked to who took my money.
Clkbank*LeanDps6 and had a chat online. I was told I had 60 days from day of sale to return products for a refund. It took 18 days to arrive and I took the product for 40 days and now had 2 days to send it back-my dime to ship it as well. I had been trying to communicate for a while and no one got back to me.
While I was trying to explain to this agent that this was impossible she told me she wasnt trying to not refund my money, but that I had to follow the rules-which at this point was not possible. Then she hung up. I could not reconnect after that and no one has reached out to me. What a scam.
Ive kept taking the product but its a joke. Every time I take a few drops, I laugh at myself for being such a sucker!
Tell everyone to not waste a dollar on this product, never mind hundreds! Well, everyone has to earn a living, but honesty would be a godsend and I guess thats a thing of the past!
