Stuff keeps being left in the lobby!!

I have asked that nothing is to be delivered to the lobby!! Generally it just disappears!! Today I was fast enough to catch the person who was walking away with my order.

Problem wasn’t solved. Couldn’t reach to a real person after 15 min on the line the call was just broken off.

Was charged for Amazon music for 3 months. Month ago called to customer service and asked them to cancel it. They said they did. But they didnt. This month I was charged again.

Suspected shady practice

Several times I have ordered something listed as available. Many days later it has not shipped. In the past, I have finally been told it's unavailable and to reorder. But guess what? The price has been increased dramatically. This is at least shady, if not unethical or downright criminal!

I have called 3 times. I have been hung up on 2 times, and the other time my count couldn't be verified with the email they sent, it kept going back to the Welcome page. If you have my phone number why won't a rep call me back if a call is dropped. I am not happy at all. And I think you have also charged me 2 times for Amazon Prime. Can someone please call me. Because I have literally wasted 45 minutes just trying to get through to someone. I am very upset and your customer service is sucking alot today. 416-271-**** is my number.

My account is stil working

I order my kids dresh but I didnt get yet when the delivery date arrived i wool Amazon customer service they told me your account is hold but when I ask him why my account hold they dont any answers my questions still my account hold i send all information summated they asking again my information

I did receive my second parcel

I only received half my order and didnt realize I only received half a chair. After talking to UPS I was suppose to receive another package. It was tracked down and I received it 2 days later. Thanks for the follow up. Your not the easiest people to get ahold of if your technology challenged. I like talking to humans lol

Amazon canada customer service was great to deal with company from china said my furniture was delivered but never came said it was being sterilized and then said it was damaged still waiting on china consumer to compensate for the disapointment was excited and waited a month patiently for my furniture . Thank u china Not
