I had a big issue today with the deliver driver , she hanged up in my face

I did a complaint to Amazon Canada (Mariam) was the agent, and she put me in contact with the carrier, the carrier said she will hang up if I dont lower my voice as I was so pissed off , and then she said it's okay in business to hang up in clients face (ofcourse this call is recorded by amazon) , and Mariam was saying : maybe the driver was distracted, Amazon customer service agent was giving excuses to the driver for hanging up instead of saying something nice to calm me down,and she was covering them as if they were related in personal life. I got insulted by your agent and your carrier , ask for the call records and listen to what happened , add to that it's not the first time I'm facing a problem with is carrier , all my neighbors as well , and we are intending to cancel our prime subscriptions because we dont pay money to get insulted , I advise you to keep dealing with the Canada post otherwise you will lose your clients with this Carrier.

I will save my dignity and cancel the Prime membership .
