Order - billing

The billing and shipping did no match. I had to call in to confirm my update so my order would ship to my daughter. The agent was able to assist and my daughter confirmed she received her gifts.

To change refund instructions

Was frustrated that there was no actual person to talk to since my issue did not fall under any of the automated prompts on the Amazon site. Finally found this phone # to call and speak with an actual person. My issue was immediately dealt with and solved without delay! Mission accomplished!!

This is not the first time I received the wrong item. Whenever they send you the wrong item they send you something cheaper, Their policy states to contact the seller this is the second time its happened to me they didnt contact me and send me a cheaper item The item was over $40 cheaper no contact no refund of the difference how many times do you have to put a complaint for them to get it right

Cancellation

I ordered a beanie boo fox for my niece but put her address as billing instead of ship to so cancelled it and got a message that the order was cancelled so ordered another one to right address. Next day the cancelled item is billed to my credit card and the arrived to my place. Tried doing a refund the normal way but it said I wasn't charged for it but I was. Trying to find a Canadian number was a nightmare. Now I have the hassle of packing it up and returning it. Not a happy customer and agent did nothing to offset this error other than email me return labels.

User's recommendation: Don't bother cancellinng because you will be charged and item will still be delivered to you.

When I called the person was very helpful and confirmed that I had been scammed and advised me what to do to either get my money back from gift cards or if that failed them contact her again and she would have the amount applied to my account as a credit. Thank you so much for your help

Cancellation

I found out I was being charge double at 11.29 monthly. I was able to cancel one but the other account which is not mine is still active. I was given a link to cancel and that the charge of 11.29 on July 7 will be reversed. However, no matter how I tried, I can't successfully cancel the remaining account and I'm afraid I will be charge again in August 7. I need to talk to someone to resolve this

Absolutely TERRIBLE !!! My orders are ALWAYS LATE, or don't show up at all. I am waiting on 4 LATE orders right now. When or if my stuff arrives I will be canceling my prime, it's useless !!

Account problems

This company is a absolute joke! If Jeff Bezos spent less time and money on his super yacht and more on his company service, it wouldn't have a one star!

As it stands, If I could give it no stars I would! I spent more than 1 hour to be shifted from on department to another, only to have a customer service rep keep asking me " I don't understand!". What part of no being able to access my account?! He couldn't even be bothered to ask any pertinent details of who I am!

Got to the point of just hanging up! So the question begs to answer, what customer service?

It really doesn't exist! What it does tell me, if you have a problem, just open another account!

I cannot believe such an established company as Amazon runs as poorly as this!

Amazon should also take heed, all it takes is some one else to start up a company that works ( better) than Amazon!

I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT. WHAT WOULD MAKE A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY EVEN BECOMES A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY WITH THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY EMPLOYE THIRD WORLD COUNTRY'S TO HANDLE ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HEART OR SELF RESPECT FOR THEIR SELFS.

No honesty

The item in question showed shipped as of the 16th. In the morning of 21st it was to be delivered but the tracking information suddenly changed to not shipped and an amount pending popped up in my credit card. The representative(s) refused to accept this fact insisting that the item had never been shipped. My worst experience ever as I now need to buy one strut ASAP tomorrow morning to avail for installation. My previous buy was fake so must be returned. Im most disappointed
